This piece is exceptionally creative. With all of the favorites on this piece, I do not know why no one else took the time to critique your work.
To start, the blue hues in this piece all work in harmony--the color of the dress the water underneath, the blue above the surface of the water and the blue that is present in some of the stripes of the lollipop.
The angle is also fantastic. I liked that you chose to have her look as if she is standing up rather than floating in the water. Because you choose to have her face the left side of the picture, it makes the shot much more interesting to look at.
I also like the air bubbles in the water and the sense of movement that is present in this piece.
The lollipop is an interesting facet of this piece. I agree with your reply to the first comment on this piece, the photo would have felt and looked empty without that extra piece.
I don't see underwater photography often, but when I do, most photographers fail to capture any magical or any essence in the piece. You capture both very well.
